Refund policy

At Kvya Butik, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Period
  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Items returned after the 7-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us immediately at kvyabutik33@gmail.com with photos of the defect. We will prioritize these cases for a free exchange or full refund.
4. Refund Process
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (or via mobile banking) within 3–5 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to a mistake by Kvya Butik (e.g., defective or wrong item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
