1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
  • Fulfillment Timeline: All orders are processed and fulfilled within 15 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Business Days: Please note that business days do not include weekends (Fridays/Saturdays) or public holidays.
  • Confirmation: You will receive an email or message confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. 
2. Shipping & Delivery
  • Delivery Partners: We use reliable third-party courier services to ensure your package reaches you safely.
  • Shipping Charges: Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and the weight of the package. These charges will be displayed clearly during checkout.
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. 
3. Returns & Exchanges
  • Eligibility: We accept returns or exchanges only if the product is damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was delivered.
  • Notification: You must notify us of any issues within 24–48 hours of receiving the delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. 
4. Refund Policy
  • Out of Stock: If a pre-paid item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • Processing: For approved returns, the refund or exchange will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
